• All rates are quoted in euros and per night.
• Accommodation is subject to availability and rates may change without prior notice.

Booking & Payment

All bookings must be pre-paid.

We accept:

• Online payments
• Bank transfers

To secure your reservation:

• 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking
• The remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival

Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Any bank charges are the responsibility of the client.

Once the pre-booking is completed, we will send:

• Booking confirmation
• Invoice
• Payment schedule
• Stay information

If you require:

• VAT number inclusion
• Different invoice name/company name

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to:
hola@canlluisso.com

Cancellation fees:

• 60 days or more prior to arrival → 25% of total stay retained
• 59 to 16 days prior to arrival → 100% of total stay retained
• 15 days or less prior to arrival → 100% of total stay retained

Refund processing may take 5 business days, depending on your bank.

No refunds will be given for:

• No-show
• Flight cancellations or delays
• Early departures
• Booking errors made by the client

We reserve the right to modify, alter, or substitute services if necessary. In such cases, we will provide the best available alternative.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: From 16:00 (4 PM)
• Check-out: By 11:00 (11 AM)

Early arrivals:

• We can hold luggage if guests arrive before check-in time.

Late arrivals:

• Lights will be left on to facilitate a smooth arrival.

Late check-out:

• If the property is not vacated by 11:00 AM, an additional night may be charged.

Please note:
This is not a traditional hotel and 24-hour reception is not available.

Complaints

Any complaint regarding:

• Booking service → must be sent to hola@canlluisso.com
• Stay experience → must be reported as early as possible during your stay

Liability Disclaimer

Can Lluïssó, its owners, management and staff accept no liability for:

• Illness
• Injury
• Death
• Loss or damage to personal belongings

This applies:

• While staying at the property
• While traveling to or from the property

Guests assume full responsibility during their stay.

The Property

Price per night includes:

• 5 bedrooms
• 5 bathrooms
• Communal areas
• Weekly cleaning
• Taxes
• Maximum capacity: 8 Adults and 2 Children

During low season, pricing may be adjusted depending on availability.

Availability & Stay Requirements

• High Season (July, August, September): Minimum stay 7 nights
• Low & Mid Season: Minimum stay 5 nights

House Rules

Swimming Pool

• Pool is not heated
• No lifeguard or surveillance
• Guests are responsible for safety, especially children
• Salt electrolysis system

Smoking

• Smoking is allowed only outside using ashtrays.
• Guests are responsible for fire risks.

Guests

• Only registered guests are allowed
• Outside visitors are not permitted

Damages

• No security deposit is required, however: guests are responsible for returning the property in the same condition.
• Extra charges may apply for:
• Damage
• Excessive cleaning
• Rule violations

Commercial Use

• Photography, filming, or commercial use of the property is strictly prohibited unless agreed in advance.
