All rates are in euros and per night. For further information regarding the number of guests we can accommodate in each room, please contact us. Rates are subject to change without notice. Accommodation is subject to availability.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

All bookings are pre-paid. We accept online payments and bank transfer. In order to provide our Guests with a secure payment system we choose to work with Redsys to assure that our customer’s payment information is securely collected. To confirm a booking, we ask for a 20% of the total amount payable via credit card or bank transfer and refundable up to 60 days prior to your check-in. Any bank charge is to be paid by the client. Once the pre booking is done we will be sending you an Invoice confirming the reservations and further detail payments and of the stay itself. If you want to include any Vat Number or if you want the invoice in a different name or company name, please let us know on the booking form. Cancellation fee policy:

Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification and refundable up to 60 days prior to your check-in. To cancel a reservation please contact: hola@canlluisso.com

• · Cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival – 20% of total stay retained by CLL
• · Cancellation 59 to 16 days prior to arrival – 100% of total stay retained by CLL
• · Cancellation 15 days prior to arrival – 100% of total stay retained by CLL

The refund of any of the percentages written above, can take from 5 to 25 days after the cancelation depending on the bank. No refunds are given for ‘no show’, vouchers, flight cancellations, delays or departure from the houses early or by any mistake on the booking process. We reserve the right to modify, alter, or substitute all or any part of our services when reasonably necessary or advisable. Should this occur, we agree to provide the best alternative available.

CHECK IN

Check in time, is any time after 4pm. If guests arrive before, we can offer to hold luggage. If guests are expecting to arrive later at night we will make sure to leave lights in the house to make the arrival smoother. Check out time on the date of departure is 11pm. If the house is not vacated by this time, the customer will be subject to the cost of another night. We do not offer hold luggage after 11pm. Since we are not a traditional hotel, we do not have 24-hour reception service.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to hola@canlluisso.com. Any complaint regarding your stay must be brought to the attention of the management as early as possible during your stay.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Can Lluïssó and its owners, management and employees shall not assume liability for any illness, injury or death to persons visiting the property nor for any other incident of any nature involving any client(s) while they are on the property, nor while travelling to or from the property. Can Lluïssó is not responsible for loss or damage in the property.

• · PRICE PER NIGHT INCLUDE 5 BEDROOMS, COMMUNAL AREAS, WEEKLY CLEANING AND TAXES. THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS 8 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN.
• · DURING LOW SEASON, THE HOUSE MAY BE BOOKED FOR AN ADJUSTED PRICE DEPENDING ON.

AVAILABILITY

• ·  DURING HIGH SEASON (JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER) THE MINIMUM STAY IS 7 NIGHTS. DURING LOW AND MID SEASON THE MINIMUM STAY IS 5 NIGHTS. IN CASE A GUEST WOULD LIKE TO STAY A SHORTER PERIOD PLEASE SEND YOUR REQUEST TO HOLA@CANLLUISSO.COM, AND OUR TEAM WILL CHECK IF IT IS POSSIBLE.
• ·  THE SWIMMING POOL IS NOT HEATED AND HAS NO SURVEILLANCE. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IS GUESTS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SWIM, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN. THE POOL WORKS UNDER SALT ELECTROLYSIS SYSTEM.
• ·  PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED NEITHER INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE
• ·  SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED OUTSIDE THE HOUSE WITH EXCLUSIVE USE OF AN ASHTRAY. OTHERWISE, THERE IS A HIGH POSSIBILITY OF CAUSING A FIRE THAT GUESTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR.

• · ALTHOUGH THERE IS NO REQUIRED DAMAGE DEPOSIT, GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE EVERYTHING IS IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN THEY ARRIVED.
• · PLEASE BE AWARE GUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO EXTRA CHARGES FOR ANY NON-COMPLIANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRESENTED ABOVE.
• · ANY PHOTO OR VIDEO PRODUCTION FOR ADVERTISEMENT, PROPAGANDA OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSE ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN DURING THE STAY. PHOTOSHOOTS AND MEDIA MATTERS MUST BE DISCUSSED BEFORE BOOKING.
